Siew digitally manipulates wire meshes of crab 3D models to resemble microscopic views of sand and other aquatic organisms. Through this, he juxtaposes the macroscopic and microscopic; the molar and molecular — to propose a synchronisation in cosmic rhythms that reverberates across all forms of being. “And we realise that all crabs are just sand, the same way all sands are just crushed crabs.”
