absurd reverberations consists of modular video essays exploring various threads of thought, rhizomatically diverging from and converging toward topics of (breaking out of) structure. The videos makes sporadic connections across species and narratives - the molecular and molar, as well as the interior and exterior—an experiment in the queering of logical rhetoric that persists in continental thought. Through the absurd reverberations and oscillations present in Siew’s work, he exhibits inherent contradictions that exist within post-humanism; positing the struggle between liberty and normative oedipalisation as an intrinsically human condition.
